Dr. Yovino’s Answer: I would recommend looking at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and then calling a few offices. Ask if the Plastic Surgeon performs arm lifts. If the answer is yes, then visit with that surgeon. If the answer is no, then ask for a referral. Or ask a friends who has had plastic surgery to inquire with their doctor as to who’s the best.
