Dr. Yovino’s Answer: In experienced hands you can expect about 1/2 to 1 cup increase with most change seen in the upper part of the breasts. You may fill out your current bra or change to a larger size. After about 3 months of healing, your breast will be stable and the surviving fat will be permanent.
