Dr. Yovino’s Answer: To achieve the best results, you must choose an experienced liposuction specialist who has performed thousands of these procedures. This surgeon specialist must use powered assisted 3 mm and smaller micro cannulas to achieve meticulous controlled fat removal in a sculpting fashion. Laser or vaser may help but it’s not the necessary component to achieve great results. I can explain all of this a lot better in person. In your case, the areas to be sculpted are the upper and lower abdomen, flanks, waist, pubic, and lower back. After choosing the right surgeon, your end result will be dictated by the actual amount of fat available, skin and soft tissue quality, and diet and exercise.
