Case Details
This is awake arm laser and radiofrequency assisted liposculpting. The area addressed was from the mid armpit crease to the elbow and almost all the away around the arm. A total of four well hidden incisions were utilized with two in the armpit and two near the elbow. Freshly mixed numbing solution is slowly and very gently infused throughout the fat. A smart laser is passed throughout the fat to prepare it for complete removal. Multiple different powered microcannulas are guided in an artistic fashion throughout the meticulously marked areas. Radiofrequency is delivered by the Renuvion device and it promotes tightening of the tissue. The procedure is completed in about 2 hours. A custom compression garment is immediately applied.
