This is a professional female who was very bothered by her dorsocervical fat pad which is also known as a buffalo hump. She came to us from out of town because we are the experts in treating this lipodystrophy. We performed this procedure under local anesthesia with the patient relaxed and safely awake. She is shown before and three months after the procedure. The single incision is barely visible over the center of the upper back.
