Would fat transfer to the breast improve the appearance of low nipples?

December 27, 2016 /

Q: “I’m 18, 5’1″ and overweight. I don’t really want to have full out surgery, nor do I want the scars. My tissue itself is rather firm, but my boobs more fat on top than on the bottom, which makes my nipples point at the ground. What would raise them? Thank you.”

Dr. Yovino’s Answer: The issue of downward facing nipples is not corrected with fat transfer. This is best approached with a breast lift.
