I have very fair skin and I would just like to speak with someone who has had the procedure and ask what their scar results on very fair skin have been. My surgeon hasn’t had any. I can’t find anyone here on realself who is very fair-skinned and has gotten brachioplasty. Help! :)”

Dr. Yovino’s Answer: As long as their isn’t too much tension on the closure, the scar is usually lighter and less noticeable on fair sk
inned patients. The attached video is an arm lift on a fair skinned patient.
