She loves our work and how we take care of patients, not to mention there’s no need for general anesthesia for a breast reduction. Five weeks ago we perfomred an awake reduction mammaplasty in the office with oral relaxation and freshly mixed local anesthesia to completely numb the breasts for full comfort. The incisions are around the lifted nipple and areola, down the middle of the lower part of the breast, and for a short distance along the lower breast fold. This was a modified anchor pattern scar. She loves her new breasts!
