Large breasts come in all shapes and sizes. This patient was an E cup and desired to be around a B cup. She complained of heavy uncomfortable breasts as well as chronic neck and back pain. She lives her life in a very healthy manner and wanted to avoid general anesthesia at all costs. We performed a fully awake breast lift ® and reduction mammaplasty. No implant!
