It’s truly amazing what can be safely done with excellent local anesthesia technique. This lovely patient traveled from the Midwest to have her breasts reduced and to achieve improved symmetry. She actually has a history of a previous breast reduction that left her only partially lifted and significantly asymmetrical. We fully lifted, reduced, and significantly improved her breast asymmetry. No general anesthesia. No implant. She is shown before and 4 months after.
