This lovely patient had a history of previous breast augmentations and reductions. She felt like her breasts didn’t match her body by being too big and droopy. She requested a reduction in the breast implant size and a lift. The implants were downsized from 350 cc to 210 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone gel breast implants.
