Young female who came to us seeking a slimmer lower neck and upper back. She presented with a dorsocervical fat pad which is also known as a buffalo hump. Using a tiny single skin opening, we fully removed the fat excess while the patient was safely and comfortably awake and completely numbed. She is shown before and six months after the procedure. Needless to say, she is very happy with the outcome.
