Case Details

Before and three months after. The patient was unhappy with volume deficits in the cleavage even with breast implants. There was essentially an empty space over the center of the chest and involving the upper inner quadrants of both breasts. Fat was removed from her arms and transferred under the skin of the right and left breasts. The breast implants remained in place. She is now more confident with her cleavage.
