Case Details

She had a history of having a breast lift and breast implants almost 10 years ago. She came to us seeking removal of the implants since she was feeling fatigued and she was generally over having implants. She did not want to undergo general anesthesia and wished for removal of the implants under local anesthesia. Her procedure was performed three months ago in our office with light oral sedation and complete local anesthesia. A small incision hidden under the breasts in the fold was utilized to completely remove the implants. The implants were found to be intact and were 300 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel. Her recovery was a breeze. She is very happy with the outcome and her fatigued has resolved. She was seen virtually for her 3 month follow-up.
