Case Details
This is a lovely 40+ year old female who underwent two BBL surgeries. The surgeries were performed over five years ago. About 1000 milliliters was transferred to the buttocks and hips during the two surgeries. Eventually she felt that her buttocks looked too bubbly in the bottom half. She did not like being asked if her buttocks were real. During the consult she expressed desires for smaller overall buttocks. She wished to focus on the middle and inferior aspects of the buttocks and partially reverse some of BBL results. The BBL reduction surgery was performed under local anesthesia. 300 milliliters of fat was removed from each buttock. The total amount of fat removed was 600 milliliters. Using Renuvion, subcutaneous radiofrequency energy was delivered under the skin to promote tightening. She is shown before and seven months after the procedure.
