Lollipop Breast Lift 1 year results. This procedure can be performed awake or asleep depending on the patients preference. The incisions are around the areola and straight down to just above the lower breast fold, hence, Lollipop. The scars will continue to fade over time. There are no scars along the under part of the breast. Prior to this procedure, this patient experienced back pain secondary to the heavy droopy breasts. That pain is gone now.
