This is a lovely 60 year old female who underwent an abdominoplasty tummy tuck without added liposuction. Years before the procedure she underwent 360 liposuction as well as mini tuck followed by significant weight loss down to 178 lbs. She came to us seeking abdominal skin removal and abdominal muscle tightening. The procedure was performed under general anesthesia and was completed in about four hours. Although she look and feels amazing after four months of healing, she will continue to improve over the next 6-8 months for a total of one year of healing.
