Case Details
This patient had a history of fat transfer to the buttocks and the surrounding hips. The BBL surgery was performed two times over the last few years by different surgeons. The first BBL surgery result was moderately satisfying. The second round of fat transfer resulted in excessive enhancement of the buttocks and hips. She expressed desires for a smaller buttocks and hips. She underwent liposuction of her buttocks and hips. The procedure was performed under local anesthesia. Approximately 750 cc of fat was removed from each buttock. The total amount of fat removed was 1500 cc. Four months has passed since the surgery. The series of photos demonstrate different times in the healing process. Included in some of the photo collections are the surgical markings and the actual fat. Since she lives out of town, our follow-up visits have been virtual. She provide all of the after photos and she loves the result.
