Case Details
This lovely patient underwent a fat transfer to the buttocks a couple years ago by a different surgeon. A fat transfer to the buttocks is also referred to as a brazilian butt lift or BBL. She came to us with desires to reduce the buttocks. She especially wanted to decrease the volume in the upper part of the buttocks since she felt that there was too much fullness and transition “shelf” from the lower back to the start of her buttocks. She also did not want to be under general anesthesia again and wished to have the reduction in the awake setting. We performed PRECISION SCULPT ® awake lipo and removed a total of 700 cc of fat (350 cc from each side). She is shown three months after her procedure and she is very happy with the outcome.
